By accessing or using AI Review Automate ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users including business owners, agency owners, and whitelabel resellers.

2. Description of Service

AI Review Automate provides an AI-powered Google review management platform including:

• Review funnel and negative review gating
• AI-generated review suggestions for customers
• Automated AI replies to Google reviews with SEO optimization
• WhatsApp review request campaigns
• Google Business Posts management
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Whitelabel reseller capabilities

3. Account Registration

To use the platform, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts are subject to admin approval before activation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to post fake or misleading reviews
• Violate Google's review policies or Terms of Service
• Send unsolicited bulk messages without customer consent
• Attempt to manipulate search rankings through deceptive practices
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the platform

5. Google Business Profile Integration

You authorize us to access your Google Business Profile data via OAuth. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with Google's Terms of Service and review policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Google regarding your business profile.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate review suggestions and reply templates. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be perfect and should be reviewed
• You are responsible for all content published on your behalf
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using AI replies

7. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed as per your selected plan. Payments are currently processed manually. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Whitelabel Resellers

If you use our platform as a whitelabel reseller, you are responsible for your end clients' compliance with these terms. You may not represent our platform as your own technology without prior written agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Review Automate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
